Licensed since 2002, I have represented hundreds of buyers and seller and investors all over the Front Range. I have focused my attention on the Historic Montclair neighborhood in East Denver and the Town of Superior where I have lived since moving to Colorado in 1998.

My real estate career began as salesperson for the Golden Design Group (GDG), a custom and semi-custom home builder based in Lakewood, Co. We built homes in Sienna at Tuscany South, Diamond Ridge, Hillcrest at the Farm, Saddlerock, in South Aurora; The Broadlands, Country Estates, Aspen Creek in Broomfield and Rock Creek in Superior. Negotiating purchase contracts and custom options for these newly constructed homes was my life. Traveling to different communities was steady until obtained my real estate license in 2002. Highlight: GDG built a 9000 square foot custom home in the 1999 Parade of Homes in the Broadlands, Broomfield, Colorado. I was placed in charge of listing and selling this specific property which I accomplished during the Parade. In those days the Parade was a month long open house, everyday, 9am-6pm.

Since leaving GDG, I spent the next 22 years with Coldwell Banker Residential's North Metro office listing and sell property for the public. I received multiple awards, million dollar clubs, year after year.

In 2021, I left Coldwell Banker to join my college roommate, David Walsh, who opened Century 21 Bear Facts Realty with a his business partner Juan Sanchez.
